Calibration details: INNOVATEST Macro Vickers hardness calibration blocks are calibrated & DUAL-certified by UPI Laboratories Europe BV traceable to National/International standards according to ISO 6507/3 & ASTM-E92 A4.

Relative humidity: < 70 %rh

Validity: This hardness reference block will only be valid for the scale for which it was calibrated. It is recommended that the duration of the calibration validity should be limited to 5 years. Attention is drawn to the fact that, for Al-alloys and Cu-alloy, the calibration validity should be reduced to 2 to 3 years.

Uncertainty: The reported expanded uncertainty will be based on a standard uncertainty multiplied by a coverage factor k=2, providing a level of confidence of approximately 95%. The uncertainty evaluation will be carried out in accordance with International requirements.

Traceability: All measurements involved will be traceable to international applicable standards.
