Shaft diameter: ø3mm
The Brinell indenters consist of a holder, a cover, and a tungsten alloy ball.
The ball may be changed without affecting the assembly’s verification if the replacement ball conforms to all the requirements of the ISO 6506 and ASTM E10 standards.Calibration certificate details:
Calibration details: This Brinell Indenter exceeds the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6506-2 and ASTM E10 and are calibrated to applicable standards by an ISO 17025 RvA accredited laboratory, with calibers traceable to PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt National Metrology Institute, Braunschweig, Germany.)
The RvA (Board of Accreditation) like UKAS, COFRAC, DaKKS are signatories of ILAC MRA.

The standard uncertainty is determined in accordance with EA 04/2. The reported expanded uncertainty is based on the standard uncertainty of the measurement and is multiplied by a coverage factor k, in such a way that the coverage probability corresponds to approximately 95%. The measurements traceability is executed using standards for which the traceability to national and standards has been demonstrated towards the Netherlands RvA.
